How do I process a return or an exchange?

If you’d like to make a return on any products purchased from our website, please start your return here.

Print and affix the prepaid return shipping label to a box that includes the items you are returning, including a copy of your initial order receipt inside the box, and drop it off at any UPS/Fedex Shipping Center. Refunds will be processed as soon as your return is inspected and back into our inventory. Please allow up to 14 days for this to reflect on your original method of payment.
