How much tea should I put in the ECLIPSE Travel Press?

We recommend dosing your ECLIPSE Travel Press with 4 to 7 grams (0.14 to 0.25 oz) of loose-leaf tea. When brewing a new tea for the first time with the ECLIPSE, you can weigh out your preferred dosage in the Top Cap and take note of its level with regard to the graduations marked on the inside. You can then use it as a guide and easily measure out the same dosage without a scale for future brewing sessions
