When will my order ship?

We work quickly to process orders and get the product(s) ready to ship. You'll receive an email confirming your order after it has been processed. Once our carrier picks up your order, you'll receive another email with tracking information. The whole process takes 24-48 hours typically.

Please be mindful that our warehouse is closed on weekends and holidays. Any orders placed during those times will likely be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. All orders come straight from our fulfillment center located in California.

If you can't find your order confirmation or tracking number, contact us and we'll be glad to assist you in locating your order. Unfortunately, spam filters are sometimes too quick to delete emails without checking if they're important first.
